Love Yourself Pop Up Dinner – Sunday, Dec 16th from 5:30 to 9pm
1) Vegetarian Spring Roll
Finely sliced red cabbage strands, shredded carrots, romaine lettuce, vermicelli rice noodles, fresh mint and avocado sliced, rolled in translucent rice paper wrap. Served with fresh coconut water- tamarind dipping sauce, topped with ground peanuts.
2) Lettuce Wrap with Tofu
Tofu marinated in Lemongrass paste, brown in turmeric- daikon sauce with red onion, nira flower, red bell pepper , served with Boston lettuce cups and topped with jalapeño- lime sauce.
3) Tom Yum Tofu soup
Tofu cooked in Lemongrass broth with hints of galangal, kaffir lime leaves, and tamarind with touch of red bird chili. Accompanied by cauliflower, tomato, king trumpet mushroom, cilantro and jalapeño sauce.
1) Pad Thai with Tofu
Tofu fried with thin rice noodles in a tamarind based sauce. Served with fresh nira, mung bean sprouts, shredded red cabbage, ground peanuts and lime wedges.
2) Lemongrass Turmeric Tempeh or Tofu
Fried with daikon- turmeric sauce, with nira flowers, fresh ginger slices, pineapple , respect onion, and respect bell pepper.
3) Steamed Tofu with Lemongrass + Coconut Creamed
Lemongrass + peanuts + coconut creamed paste .Served with steamed carrot, red bell pepper, green beans , broccoli.
