Vegetarian Spring Rolls

Red cabbage, shredded carrots, romaine lettuce, vermicelli rice noodles, fresh mint and avocado. Coconut water- tamarind dipping sauce, topped with ground peanuts.

Lettuce Wraps

Red onion, nira flower and red bell pepper. Served in Boston lettuce cups. Topped with jalapeño-lime sauce.

Tom Yum Soup

Lemongrass broth with hints of galangal, kaffir lime leaves, and tamarind with touch of red chili. Accompanied by cauliflower, tomato, king trumpet mushroom, cilantro and jalapeño sauce.


Pad Thai

Thin rice noodles in a tamarind based sauce. Served with fresh nira, mung bean sprouts, shredded red cabbage, ground peanuts and lime wedges.

Green Curry

Mild green curry paste, choice of tofu or tempeh, coconut milk, eggplant, pineapple, Kabocha squash, zucchini, green beans, mushroom, thai basil. Served with steamed Jasmine rice.

Steamed Tofu with Lemongrass & Creamed Coconut

Lemongrass, peanut & creamed coconut paste. Served with steamed carrot, red bell pepper, green beans, broccoli.
