PAD THAI FEAST—2 COURSE
1) Fresh Spring Roll:
Finely sliced red cabbage strands, shredded carrots, romaine lettuce, rice noodle, fresh mint and avocado slices, rolled in translucent rice paper wrap. Served with light coconut juice, Tamarind dipping sauce, topped with ground peanuts .
2) Lettuce Wrap with Tofu:
Tofu marinated in Lemongrass paste, browned in turmeric- Daikon sauce with Nora flower, red onion, red bell pepper. Served in Boston lettuce cups and topped with jalapeño- lime sauce.
1) Pad Thai:
Tempeh stir- fried with thin rice noodles in a Tamarind- based sauce. Served with fresh Nina, mung bean sprouts, shredded red cabbage, carrot, ground peanuts and lime wedges.
2) Steamed Tofu in Green Lettuce:
With lemongrass paste, served with Steamed Asparagus, carrot, broccoli, string beans served with steamed jasmine rice.
Dishes are naturally gluten-free and vegetarian. All sauce and marinade base are vegan. Chef Nath sources organic and local, whenever possible.
